The short version
- This site collects one thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form.
- We use it for one purpose: to contact you about the launch and your founding spot.
- We never sell your personal information — to anyone, for anything.
- There are no analytics, no ad trackers, and no cookies set by this site.
- Want out? Email dylan@fastladacad.com and we delete you from the list. Done.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That's the only information this site asks you for. We don't ask for your name, phone number, location, or anything else.
Why we collect it
To reach you about Fast Lad Academy's launch: when founding spots open, what's included, and how to claim yours. No spam, no unrelated marketing. Every email we send about the launch can be answered with "remove me" — and we will.
Who handles your data
A small number of service providers are involved in running this page. In plain terms:
- Formspree processes the waitlist form. When you hit submit, your email address goes to and is stored by Formspree, Inc., which forwards it to our inbox. Like most form services, Formspree may record technical details of the submission (such as your IP address) under its own privacy policy.
- GitHub Pages hosts this site. As with any web host, GitHub may collect standard server logs (such as IP addresses) when pages are served, per the GitHub privacy statement.
- Google Fonts serves this site's typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of that request, per Google's privacy policy.
That's the whole list. We don't share your email with anyone else.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run analytics, ad pixels, or tracking scripts on this site.
- We do not set cookies.
- We do not add you to any list other than this waitlist.
Cookies, local storage, and tracking
This site sets no cookies. If you pick a color theme on the landing page, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage (a single entry named fla-theme) so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
How long we keep your email
We keep waitlist emails only as long as they serve their purpose — contacting you about the launch. If you ask to be removed, we delete your address from our records and from the Formspree inbox. We don't archive waitlist emails for other uses.
Deleting your data
Email dylan@fastladacad.com with the subject "Delete my data" (or just ask in your own words). We'll remove your email address from the waitlist and confirm when it's done. This applies wherever you live — we don't make you cite a statute to get deleted.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers this website and its waitlist only. The Fast Lad Academy coaching platform is a separate service with its own privacy notices and consent flows, presented to you when you create an account there. Nothing you read here grants us any rights over coaching data — that's handled separately, where it happens.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. When counsel-reviewed privacy terms are ready, they will replace this notice entirely.
